What is Double Suction Water Pump?

As an important form of Centrifugal Pump, double-suction pump is widely used in engineering because of its high lift and large flow. The impeller of this pump type is actually composed of two back-to-back impellers, and the water flow from the impellers merges into a volute.

Double suction centrifugal pump application

The product is suitable for urban water supply and drainage, urban water supply, enterprise water and farmland drainage irrigation, and can also select special materials for wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant conditions, such as for the transportation of sea water and oil media.

Double Suction Pump Compact structure: beautiful appearance, good stability and easy installation.

Smooth operation: The optimized design of the double-suction impeller reduces the axial force to a minimum, and the blade shape has excellent hydraulic performance. After precision casting, the inner surface of the pump casing and the surface of the impeller are extremely bright and have significant anti-cavitation performance and high efficiency.

Shaft seal: use BURGMANN mechanical seal or packing seal. Can guarantee 8000 hours of operation without leakage. Bearing: Choose SKF and NSK bearings to ensure stable operation, low noise and long service life.

Installation form: No adjustment is required during assembly, and it can be installed separately or horizontally according to site conditions.
