QJ series well with submersible pumps for irrigation and mountain areas to solve the water supply and drainage, and can be used in factories, mines, suitable for deep Wells, canals, reservoirs.

Well Submersible Pump is a vertical motor and water pump directly connected in - from a water lifting machine, work completely immersed in water, working mode for continuous working type.

The water pump is small in volume, light in weight, simple and compact in structure, easy to install and use, and adaptable. It is a new product of energy saving and high efficiency, and its performance indicators are more advanced.

Power supply: Frequency 50Hz, rated voltage 380V (allowable deviation ±5%) three-phase AC power supply.

Water source: 1. Water temperature shall not be higher than +20°C;

2, the water solid content (by mass) is not more than 0.01%;

3, the pH value of the water is 6.5-8.5;

1. The motor is of sealed water-filled type. The motor is filled with clean water but does not exchange with the water outside the motor. The rubber pressure regulating film is installed at the bottom of the motor, which can automatically adjust the expansion and contraction pressure of the water body caused by the heating of the motor.

2, in order to prevent the water sand into the motor, the upper end is equipped with a sand ring and two oil seals composed of sand control structure. The pump adopts Centrifugal Pump impeller with simple and compact structure.

3, the use of water lubrication bearing, simple structure, anti-corrosion and rust performance is good.

10 inch water submersible pump, pump diameter is 233mm, meaning that your well diameter has to be larger than 250mm if you would like to inquiry 10 inch deep well water submersible pump, also vertical installed. Or if your well/borehole diameter is 10 inch, the water submersible pump diameter is less than 250mm.

And, standard water submersible pump power cable is 8 meters. We will provide longer water submersible cables and technical specifications according to your local site.

Notes before running 10 inch water submersible pump:

1. Checking the power cable, no broken;

2. Turning the impeller by wrench, confirm it can be turned smoothly;

3. Checking the drain hole at the bottom of the water submersible pump. If it is loose, tighten it;

4. Fulling the motor with clean drinking water;

5. Tighten the screws of the water injection hole and exhaust hole on the upper part of the motor;

6. After installing the water submersible pump into the well, observe the flow rate and current. If the current is common and the flow is small, it may be reversed. Adjust the steering. If the current is still high and the flow is small, there may be water leakage from the pipeline connection. Check the pipeline.

A:About 24 months.

A: Normal production of water 10 inch submersible pump is about 7-25 days.

A: Water submersible pump is delivered by sea freight or air freight. Or we delivered water submersible pump to your own China forwarder. EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP, all is available.

 

Q:How do I know pump quality?

A: Testing videos and testing reports will be shared. Or, The Third Party will be available, such as ABS.

Q:How can I pay for my items? 

A:Usually by T/T, 30% , 50%, 100% down payment once PI confirmed, the balance will be paid after inspection and before shipment.
