The use conditions of super flow Submersible Pump

1. The temperature of the medium does not exceed 60°C, the weight is 1.0~1.3kg/dm3, and the PH value is in the range of 5-9. If the medium temperature is higher, our company can also customize hot water submersible pumps and high temperature resistant submersible pumps.

2. For pumps without external circulation cooling system, the motor part exposed to the liquid level does not exceed 1/2. 

3. Under normal circumstances, the pump must be used within the normal use head range (usually not less than the rated value and 70% to ensure that the motor is not overloaded. If it needs to be used within the full head range, it should be noted separately when ordering, so that the manufacturer manufacture.

4. The pump motor current must not exceed the rated current of the motor during operation.

Installation steps of super flow submersible pump

(1) Pouring concrete foundation.

The foundation of the unit is usually poured with C15 or C20 concrete, and the construction is constructed by one-step pouring method. In order for the foundation to bear greater load, the foundation is usually made into a prism shape with a small top and a large bottom, or it is poured into a whole with the bottom plate of the sump (pit). The top surface of the foundation should be level, and anchor bolts should be embedded.

(2) Installation of guide rod and pump seat.

Lift the pump base and slowly lower it to the foundation of the unit. The bolt holes on the pump base are facing the anchor bolts embedded in the foundation. After the pump base is leveled with a level, tighten the anchor bolts. The bottom of the guide rod is connected with the pump seat by thread, bolt or plug-in type, and the top is connected with the support frame. The support frame and the guide rod are usually made of carbon steel pipe, stainless steel or galvanized steel pipe.

(3) Installation of the pump body.

Lift the pump body, place the coupling device (coupling device, water pump and motor are usually made as a whole device) into the guide rod, and slowly lower the pump body along the guide rod until the coupling device is connected to the outlet elbow on the pump base , The outlet pipe of the water pump must coincide with the center line of the inlet of the outlet elbow.
