Products Description

The oil chamber is made of fluoro rubber double-face mechanical seal, and the outer chamber adopts a single face fluoro rubber mechanical oil seal structure, which effectively reduces the problem of water inflow due to friction between the sediment and the shaft.

The motor adopts vacuum immersion paint to achieve Class F insulation and is equipped with thermal protection devices to effectively extend the service life of the pump.

According to the customer's request, the pump can be equipped with a stirring device, which rotates with the motor shaft to generate a strong stirring force, and then the sediment in the sewage pool is stirred into suspended matter and discharged. It can also be equipped with a cutting device to discharge long fiber, plastic, paper bags, straw and other debris in the sewage.

Anti-corrosion cable, PTFE seal, and high temperature resistant motor can be customized according to customer's special requirements. (workable medium temperature less than 100°C)
